To get to Rothley
From Leicester, Red Hill Circle, A6
Take the A6 north, through Birstall and past roundabout with the A46 Leicester Western Bypass. As you come down the hill, about a ¼ mile, take the slip road marked Rothley. At the traffic lights opposite the Red Lion Inn turn left towards the village centre.
From Leicester, via Leicester Western Bypass, A46
Follow the A46 towards Newark. Leave the A46 at junction marked A6 Loughborough, turning left at the roundabout at the top of the slip road. As you come down the hill, about a ¼ mile, take the slip road marked Rothley. At the traffic lights opposite the Red Lion Inn turn left towards the village centre.
From Loughborough, A6
Take the A6 south towards Leicester. Take the third exit marked Mountsorrel. This is the junction near Hill Top Garage and Wyecliffe Garden Centre. At the top of the slip road turn right across the bridge of the A6 and the next island follow the sign for Rothley. Continuing down this road, you will arrive at a set of traffic lights next to the Red Lion Inn. Turn right towards the village centre.
If you miss the exit from the A6, you will end up at a roundabout which is the junction for the A46 Leicester Western Bypass. Do a U-turn here and as you come down the hill, about a ¼ mile, take the slip road marked Rothley. At the traffic lights opposite the Red Lion Inn turn left towards the village centre.
Rothley Village
The Community Centre
Drive into the village centre and past a fish and chip shop on your left. You go round the bend to the left and past a row of new houses. The community centre is immediately after the new houses on your left.
If you reach reach the Limes Hotel or the School on your right then you have gone past it.
